We'll become the most trusted by educating prospective buyers/sellers around all things auctions and showing behind the scenes through our content.
Your role
You’ll be joining 2 existing videographers, becoming a key part of a 3 person media unit with big upside as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
YouTube & Long-Form. Film and edit: Educational property / auction content
Deal breakdowns and case studies
Behind‑the‑scenes from the office and on-site
Turn long-form into cut‑downs, highlights and Shorts that keep attention.
Meta Ad Creative
Plan, shoot, and edit direct‑response style video ads for Facebook and Instagram.
Create multiple versions from the same shoot (different hooks, patterns, CTAs) for testing.
Work with marketing to double down on what converts (CTR, watch time, leads, cost per lead)
Shoot in our Glasgow City Centre office and on location at properties.
Handle camera, audio and basic lighting so footage is ready to drop into the edit.
Collaborate tightly with the current videographers: share ideas, footage, and workflows.
You’ll Fit This Role If…
Shoot and edit high quality content for YouTube, and social media and Meta ads
Strong video editing skills
Know how to wield a camera and make a setup look good
Be able to work spontaneously AND able to stick to set guidelines/templates for certain videos
Light motion design knowledge is required
Photography & graphic design skills are a plus but not necessary
Have a good sense of humour that translates to videos (but also know when to lock in)
Understanding effective social media content (hooks, CTA, etc.)
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar field
