Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer/Photographer to capture and produce dynamic and engaging visual content for our influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in both videography and photography, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. This role involves working closely with our creative team, influencers, and clients to bring concepts to life through high-quality visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for influencer marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Develop creative concepts and visual styles that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
Editing and Post-Production:
• Edit video footage and photos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom).
• Ensure all content meets the agency’s quality standards and aligns with the overall campaign strategy.
• Create engaging and polished final products, including incorporating graphics, music, and effects.
Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.
• Coordinate with the creative team, influencers, and clients to schedule shoots and gather necessary materials.
• Maintain organized files and archives of all media assets.
Technical Proficiency:
• Utilize a range of camera equipment and lighting setups to achieve desired results.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video and photography techniques and equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment and software.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative director, social media managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the visual content.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with influencers and in the marketing industry is a must.
