Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Grapher / Video Editor to join our marketing team at Eye Mantra Hospitals. As a Video Grapher / Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in capturing compelling video footage of our hospital facilities, medical procedures, patient stories, and more. Your expertise in video shooting and editing will be instrumental in producing engaging content for our social media platforms and other marketing channels.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Video Shooting:Plan and execute video shoots to capture high-quality footage of hospital premises, medical equipment, patient interactions, surgeries, and other relevant content.
Utilize your knowledge of lighting, camera angles, and composition to create visually appealing videos.
Ensure audio quality is optimal during recordings, using external microphones or audio equipment when necessary.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and plan video content that aligns with the hospital's branding and objectives.
• Video Editing:Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging videos suitable for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Incorporate graphics, captions, animations, and other visual elements to enhance the storytelling and overall impact of the videos.
Ensure the videos maintain a consistent visual style and branding throughout.
Edit and fine-tune video content to fit specific platform requirements and time constraints.
• Post-Production:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the emotional impact of the videos.
Ensure a seamless and professional transition between scenes and shots.
• Content Optimization:Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in video production and editing.
Optimize videos for various social media platforms, considering aspect ratios, video lengths, and engagement tactics specific to each platform.
Regularly analyze video performance metrics and user engagement to refine future content strategies.
• Equipment and Software:Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition for shoots.
Utilize professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit and finalize video content.
• Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Video Grapher or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video shooting techniques, camera operation, and lighting setups.
- Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong creative and storytelling skills with an understanding of visual aesthetics.
