• Software Mastery: Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (if you still use Movie Maker, this might not be for you).

• Passion: Lives and breathes editing, and maybe even dreams in timelines and keyframes.

• Resources: Owns a subscription to Envato, Storyblocks, or any other magical resource that makes editors look like wizards.

• Tech Savvy: Has a decent PC or laptop capable of editing up to 4K videos (because your 2010 laptop just won’t cut it).

Bonus points if you can edit in your sleep, have an uncanny ability to turn chaos into storytelling, and can work remotely without disappearing into the void.
