We’re looking for a Content Writer/Content Marketer who shares our enthusiasm for video and social media and can play a key role in driving growth on platforms like YouTube and Instagram.
Role Overview:
As a Content Writer/Content Marketer, you will collaborate closely with video creators, editors, and other teams to create, manage, and market compelling content. Your role will involve strategizing content, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks, with a focus on growing our YouTube and Instagram presence.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with video creators to ideate and write scripts for YouTube videos and Instagram content.
• Work with editors to ensure videos are edited effectively, maintaining high quality and audience engagement.
• Develop and implement content strategies to drive growth on YouTube and Instagram.
• Write engaging captions, descriptions, titles, and other copy optimized for social platforms and SEO.
• Manage content schedules, deadlines, and workflows across multiple projects and teams.
• Conduct research to stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and audience preferences.
• Monitor analytics to evaluate content performance and recommend improvements.
• Support the creation of basic graphics using tools like Canva when needed.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or related roles.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to craft engaging, audience-focused content.
• Passion for video content and a deep understanding of YouTube and Instagram as platforms.
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic understanding of design principles and experience with Canva or similar tools (a plus).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
