Job Description:
We are looking for a Vietnamese-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon for an onsite, voice process role. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken Vietnamese and English skills, along with prior experience in a customer support voice process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Vietnamese-speaking customers.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer queries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic communication.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process (Customer Support, BPO, or related field preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
