Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Villa Chef & Caretaker located in Karjat. The Villa Chef & Caretaker will be responsible for preparing and serving meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, catering to guest dietary requirements, and managing inventory. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing the overall maintenance of the villa, ensuring guest comfort, coordinating with local vendors, and attending to any on-site issues.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Culinary Skills, Meal Preparation, and Guest Catering
• Experience in Kitchen Hygiene, Inventory Management, and Food Safety Standards
• Skills in Villa Maintenance, Guest Services, and Vendor Coordination
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to adapt and respond to guest needs dynamically
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field is beneficial
