Keperra Sanctuary in Brisbane is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The shift will be Monday to Friday, 8:30AM- 4:30PM.
Your role will involve providing first-class client facing experience to our residents and visitors. Your bubbly and outgoing personality coupled with a proactive and modern approach to Village Administration tasks will provide invaluable support to both the Village Manager and Assistant Village Manager and to the successful delivery of village services to the residents.
At Keyton, we are one team, and our Village Administrator will embody our values every day. Your key accountabilities in this role will include:
Connect as One Team
Act as a liaison with contractors, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Interacting with residents and providing support on various village projects
Prepare the monthly bus schedules
Prepare the village newsletter
Be the face of our reception and proficiently answer calls and direct to the relevant departments
Realise Opportunities
Identify and address the needs of residents and visitors promptly, providing solutions and support.
Assist the maintenance coordinator to ensure continuous upkeep of the village
Make Room for Kindness
Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to creating a sense of place in the village
Maintain resilience and effective time management while always keeping a positive and professional attitude
Find the Fun
Maintain a cheerful and positive demeanour, contributing to a lively and enjoyable environment
Proficient at planning and executing events and village wellbeing programs
Who You Are
The successful candidate will have the following:
Exceptional front of house and reception experience
Demonstrated administration experience
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
