About the Role
Join Ryman as a Village Manager and lead our brand Richard Hadlee Retirement Village in Northwood, Christchurch an opportunity for a strategic, agile leader to make a meaningful impact ensuring exceptional, compassionate care for all our residents. In this pivotal role, you'll work with an experienced commissioning and management team to open our brand-new Care and Village Centre. This position commences Late April/Early May.

With a strong background in people management of large, multidisciplinary teams, you'll have proven experience in leading and developing engaged and motivated teams. You’ll naturally build meaningful relationships through your positivity and approachability, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Your professionalism, high energy and resilience are matched by your excellent problem solving and communication skills, and you'll bring proven financial acumen to support sound decision-making and enhance village performance.
