Lead planning, design, execution and delivery of major Village projects, while driving operational optimisation, enterprise initiatives and systems enablement.

What will you do?
The Village Operations Change & Implementation Specialist will lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and adoption of major operational change initiatives across Village Operations. Working closely with senior leaders and village teams, the role will translate strategic priorities into practical, well-sequenced programs that optimise operations, enable new systems and processes, and support enterprise initiatives. The role combines structured project delivery with strong change leadership, ensuring village teams are engaged, supported and ready to adopt new ways of working, while delivering sustainable improvements with minimal disruption and clear value realisation. This role will be based in our Southbank office.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the planning, design and delivery of major operational change initiatives across Village Operations.
Partner with senior leaders to define objectives, scope, success measures and benefits realisation.
Design and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and minimise disruption.
Manage end-to-end initiative delivery, including governance, risks, interdependencies and reporting.
Lead village pilots and rollouts, embedding new systems, processes and ways of working sustainably.

Who are you?

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operational change and implementation programs in complex, multi-site environments.
Strong people and change leadership capability, including coaching leaders through change and driving sustained adoption.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including planning, governance, risk and benefits realisation.
Ability to influence at senior leadership level and lead cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes.
Experience embedding enterprise systems, processes or transformation initiatives into frontline operations.
