Bernborough Ascot has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Receptionist/Village Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. The shift will be Monday to Friday, 8:30AM- 4:30PM

Beautifully set facing Doomben racecourse, with easy access to Ascot’s local shops and services and Brisbane city’s entertainment precincts. This contemporary village is defined by its welcoming vibe, indulgent amenities and elegant living that creates a safe, social and supportive environment.

Your role will involve providing first-class client facing experience to our residents and visitors. Your bubbly and outgoing personality coupled with a proactive and modern approach to Village Administration tasks will provide invaluable support to the Village Manager and to the successful delivery of village services to the residents. This role will see you:
Greet residents, visitors, and contractors warmly and professionally.
Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently and courteously.
Maintain the presentation of the front reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks, including mail distribution, record-keeping, and some data entry.
Support event coordination and communications for the community.
Work collaboratively with the Village Manager and broader team to ensure residents’ needs are met promptly and professionally.
Who You Are

The successful candidate will have the following:
Exceptional front of house, reception and administration experience
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and building positive connections
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A friendly, caring attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A current driver's license is required to drive residents to events occasionally.
A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
