Job Description
SAP Consultant with minimum 10-12 years of experience in VIM and SAP Finance
Hands-on SAP experience in SAP Finance - AP, AR, GL modules.
Work in the project to fulfil all VIM requirements of the project, preferably with two or more full life cycle implementations.
Experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, creating a blueprint, configuring the system, testing, training, and supporting the project go-live.
Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gaps analysis
Experience and configuration knowledge in VIM bolt on, Invoice Capture Centre (ICC), Business capture centre (BCC), Open Text Archive Server.
Extensive experience with Open Text VIM including ability to configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, enhance indexing screen, enhance approval class, configure chart of authority, configure process
Responsible for implementation of VIM with channels as Ariba IDOC, email & ICC.
Experience on ABAP for custom development/extensions in VIM - Pull invoices from scanner shared location
Experience on SAP Finance WRICEF objects Worked independently.
Configuration experience on VIM add-on, OTAS & OCR server for VIM Implementation, SAP Archive Link and document archiving setup for VIM scenarios
Experience and configuration knowledge on PO and Non PO process.
Experience and configuration knowledge on VIM Business rule functionality
Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
Good verbal and written communication skill
Responsible for VIM & Finance support team & make sure the production systems are up & running
