VIP Host & Events Coordinator — New Upscale Restaurant Opening in Sunny Isles

17004 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
About Us:
We are launching a brand-new upscale dining and nightlife destination in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. The concept blends a refined restaurant, cocktail bar, live music, and late-night entertainment — all under one roof. As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic VIP Host & Events Coordinator to become one of the key faces of our venue.
Position Summary:
This is not a typical host role. We are seeking someone who can manage VIP guest relations, coordinate reservations and private events, and create memorable experiences for high-profile clientele. You will play a central part in building our guest culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and personally host VIP guests with warmth and discretion
Build and maintain relationships with concierges, promoters, and event clients
Coordinate private bookings, birthday celebrations, and special experiences
Serve as a point of contact for entertainment, DJs, and event vendors
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and manage follow-ups
Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams
Ensure a high-end atmosphere and premium-level service
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a similar role (hospitality, nightlife, or events)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Energetic, elegant, and confident personality
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Russian) are a plus
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
