Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling communication tasks, and assisting with a variety of operational duties
This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and can work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents
Handle email and phone communication, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with data entry, file management, and updating databases
Coordinate virtual meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement

Working Hours
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible working hours
Availability for at least 20-25 hours per week is expected
