Job Description
The Ideal Candidate will have:
• 2-4 years of industry experience in Recruitment or Sales
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets related to candidate placements, billing to clients, profitability, etc.
• Ability to manage clients and set expectations in the recruitment process
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping, and build talent pools and a candidate pipeline for current and future recruitment needs while providing specialist insight to clients
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, updating records and ensuring system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics
