Responsibilities:
• Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into our tech support operations.
• Write content using AI.
• Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for AI.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
