Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Data Entry Assistant to support our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry tasks involving simple copy-paste duties from one platform to another.
Ensure all data entries are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data with care.
Monitor and track data quality and flag discrepancies for resolution.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Ability to follow clear instructions and adhere to established processes.
Reliable internet connection and a functional home office setup.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred but not required).
Experience:
Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus but not required.

Working Hours:
Flexible hours with the ability to work full-time or part-time.
Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.
