This role owns end‑to‑end event operations and event marketing across corporate events and webinars, with region‑wise programming.

Your impact -

As Event Marketing Manager, you will plan, execute, and scale a global calendar of online corporate events and webinars that attract the right target audience in each region and drive registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline. From brief to post‑event nurture, you’ll orchestrate logistics, messaging, creative, promotion, and measurement—ensuring every event delivers clear business outcomes and brand lift across markets and time zones.

Key responsibilities -
Strategy & Planning
• Own the annual/quarterly global event strategy and region‑wise calendar (corporate online events, executive briefings, product/credential launches, customer panels, workshops, and webinars).
• Define objectives, target personas by region, KPIs, budgets, and success metrics for each event; align with GTM plays and product milestones.
• Build event briefs and run‑of‑show documents; drive cross‑functional alignment and speaker readiness.

Event Marketing (Demand Generation)
• Execute an integrated promotional approach—from partner outreach and communities to SEO/SEM, email, content, social, and PR—to maximize qualified registrations and attendance across regions.
• Develop high‑converting landing pages/registration flows; craft messaging, speaker bios, and creative assets tailored to the audiences basis on different regions and time zones.
• Partner with SDR/AE teams on pre‑event outreach and post‑event follow‑ups; enable field teams with talk tracks and collateral.
• Build co‑marketing motions with partners (list swaps, joint emails, socials, community AMAs) to expand reach and acquire net‑new audiences.
Webinars & Online Production (Primary Focus)
• Own end‑to‑end webinar production: platform setup (e.g., Zoom/ON24/Webex), integrations, dry runs, run‑of‑show, hosting/moderation, live Q&A/polls, recordings, and on‑demand pages.
• Ensure excellent attendee experience (clear facilitation, AV quality, timing discipline, accessibility/CC).
• Repurpose recordings into blogs, short clips, email snippets, and social assets with the Content team.
• Provide input should hybrid formats be piloted for special flagships; maintain a light readiness plan without diverting core focus.

Operations & Tech Stack (Online)
• Manage platform integrations with CRM/marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo), set up UTMs, routing, and lead capture.
• Coordinate speaker management, briefing packs, dress rehearsals, and contingency plans (backup hosts, links, AV).
• Ensure compliance (permissions, privacy/GDPR) and maintain a clean data flow from registration to nurture.
• Optimize event pages for discoverability (Event schema, video SEO) in partnership with Web/SEO.
Partnerships & Thought Leadership
• Secure strategic speakers and partner slots; oversee co‑branded webinars and joint promotions that deliver region‑specific audience growth.
• Prepare executive talking points and decks; coach presenters for crisp, audience‑appropriate delivery.

Measurement & Reporting
• Track and report KPIs: registrations, attendance rate, right‑fit persona/geo mix, cost per registration, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline/revenue influence, NPS/satisfaction, on‑demand views, and content engagement.
• Maintain dashboards in GA4/Looker Studio/CRM; run A/B tests (timing, subject lines, creatives, channels) and publish post‑mortems/playbooks.

What you will need (Minimum qualifications) -
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on event marketing/management for online global events and webinars, with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven ability to bring in the right target audience across regions/time zones and hit KPIs for registrations and attendance via integrated campaigns.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; confident live host/moderator with strong executive
presence.
• Proficiency with webinar/event platforms (e.g., Zoom/Zoom Events, ON24, Webex, Airmeet/Hopin), CRM/automation (Salesforce/HubSpot/Marketo), and lead capture/integration workflows.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, attribution/UTM strategy, and basic CRO for event pages.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration; calm under live‑event pressure; flexibility to run events across global time zones.
• Tech‑savvy; a strong plus if you have experience in AI/edtech/technology and can quickly understand and translate product value into compelling event narratives.

Preferred qualifications -
• Experience in edtech/AI, certification or B2B technology environments.
• Track record running region‑wise programs with localized messaging and scheduling.
• Familiarity with SEO for event pages (event schema, video SEO) and repurposing webinars into multi‑channel content.
• Basic video production/editing and light design skills (e.g., Canva/Adobe) to collaborate on high‑quality assets.
