● Maintain clear and accurate records of interactions and appointments
● Perform virtual personal assistant duties to assist the leadership team as needed

● Fluent in English (written and verbal)
● Strong background in customer service and/or sales
● Previous experience in dental, health, or medical reception preferred
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Tech-savvy and comfortable with practice management software (training provided)
● Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, with an early 8 AM AEST start
● Friendly, warm, professional, and dependable work ethic
● Enthusiastic about supporting patient journeys and working closely with dentists
