• Candidates will be on the bank's payroll
Hiring for Virtual Relationship Manager (Customer Service Voice Process)
> Education Qualification : Only Graduates can apply (Any graduate except BSC, BSCIT)
> Want candidates from VRM background from Bank only.
> Minimum 2 to 3 years of VRM experience is required.
> Good Communications Skills in English as well as Hindi is required (B28 High)
> Candidates must have basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
> Salary : Up to 5,50,000 CTC
> Shift Timings: Male - Starting from 7.00 am onwards, Females - Any + hours between 8 am - 8 pm
> Week offs : 6 week offs in a month
> Age - Between 25 to 35 years
> RO1 - 2 (HR & Background Verification)
> Work From Office (MIDC, Andheri East)
> No Transportation Boundaries but target candidates from Western Line mostly.
> Kindly make sure that your candidates are not defaulters of any batch and have a good cibil score
