Relationship Manager

Overall :

The candidate will be required to write good credits, assist the Zonal Head in operations of the existing portfolio and in acquiring new business. Part of which is bringing aggressive growth through SANCTION & DISBURSEMENT of new to bank in the Corporate Banking segment.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

- Well versed with credit for note preparing and proposing & getting the case sanctioned from risk (750 Cr. - No Cap),

- Must be thorough with disbursement process (legal / valuation, etc.),

- To acquire new clients

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio,

- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction,

- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading Mid Corporate Clients,

- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client and bank's need.

The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our clients through virtual channels. Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
• Advisory Services: Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment strategies, savings plans, and loan options, based on a thorough understanding of each client's profile.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction through various virtual communication channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review their financial plans, update them on new products or services, and ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and services that meet their needs, and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Digital Tools Utilization: Utilize CRM software, virtual meeting platforms, and other digital tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct and data security.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies to continually enhance the client experience and improve service delivery.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, financial advisory, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships remotely.
• Proficient in using CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar are a plus.
• Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for virtual meetings.
