Responsibilities
Provide assistance to customers through email, phone, or other contact methods as needed.
Address customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide satisfactory solutions to customer problems.
Document customer interactions and keep track of customer feedback and records.
Identify and suggest ways to improve customer service processes.
Follow-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the resolution of their issue.
Requirements
Remain knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly come up with solutions.
Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor in difficult situations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and other relevant software.
Flexibility to work different shifts and respond to customer inquiries as necessary.
