# Job Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in banking sales to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Manage relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct customer interviews to assess their requirements, financial goals, and risk tolerance.
Identify and communicate customer needs effectively to ensure a personalized and satisfactory banking experience.
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales.
Drive Credit Cards (CC) and Personal Loans (PL) (Secured and Unsecured) business through bank branches.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to open up avenues for business through corporate channels.
Continuously stay updated on banking products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue and customer loyalty.
Monitor market competition and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly.
Create and drive alternate sales channels in addition to regular channels to increase reach and customer acquisition.
