Roles and Responsibilities
Portfolio Management for Banks NRI Customers -GIB / Portfolio Management for Banks Customers VRM YF YP -YFB (Current Account)
Engage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationship
Customer interactions to be duly updated in Bank system for audit trail and reference to future interactions
Deepening of customer portfolio level benchmarks
Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
Enhancing customer wallet size
Profiling Customer to increase wallet share – Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make Yes Bank as primary relationship
Ensuring customer scoping being done with need based products suggested as hooks for deepening relationship Ensuring that customer scope is done and products targeted accordingly
Service to Sales approach established for deepening relationship with family members and associates which have been grouped together
