JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Sky RM (Virtual RM)-IBG4

Department: IBG4 –Channel Liabilities

Reports To: Regional Sales Head

Job Purpose (In a brief, specific one or two-sentence statement, answer the questions: "Why does this position exist?" and "What is it expected to accomplish?") To deepen wallet, share of existing customers to scale our liabilities portfolio and increase cross sell.

Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job. Do not list more than 5)

• To upgrade CA existing mapped book of customer to a higher variant

• To handle existing customer book and Drive Liabilities Sales through existing client base for operating account, term deposits and other transaction banking products in line with the targets set out.

• Deepening the existing customers and increasing wallet share, cross-sell banks products.

• Cross sell TFX in mapped portfolio

Job Duties & responsibilities (List the principal duties. Use concise statements that provide a clear understanding of the level of responsibility, complexity, creativity and analysis performed in this position.)

• Maintain customer profile including risk profile, complaint, engagement demographics of their base

• Comply with KYC, other regulators governing the bank. Highlight any adverse remarks from your customer base immediately

• Ensure timely updates are given in various forms

Required Experience

• Good understanding of the sales process through preferably prior sales experience of 5-6 years prior Liabilities, Cash, Trade and Foreign Exchange banking selling experience is desirable

• Market knowledge and experience in the Mid-market / SME segment, with reference to customer preferences and requirement would be preferable.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

A graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales), Computer proficiency (Acquaintance with internet and MS Office)

Technical Competencies

• Basic understanding of liability banking products and associated technology platforms and operational procedures

• Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking issued by MAS and by RBI (local regulations in India) and local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general. Understanding of KYC requirements are critical.

Knowledge of financial markets and products to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients

Work Relationship

• Possess good working relationship and a high degree of team spirit and cooperation with relationship group as well as service partners in the bank such as Product Mgt, Operations, Finance, Legal etc., to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients

• Establish rapport with our clients to win their business, confidence, and trust
