Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager - Education Loans (Noida)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Relationship Manager to handle end-to-end processing of education loan files for Canara Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), and Bank of Baroda (BOB). Based in Noida, you will manage virtual client relationships, ensure seamless loan disbursals, and drive processing efficiency in a target-driven environment. This role suits professionals with experience in education loan consultancy and DSA partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage virtual client interactions via calls, emails, Google Meet, and CRM tools to guide applicants through education loan applications for Canara Bank, SBI, and BOB.
• Process loan files from documentation to disbursal, including verification, KYC compliance, and bank-specific requirements (e.g., SBI's e-KYC, BOB's collateral checks).
• Coordinate with bank RMs, DSAs, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and meet TAT (Turn Around Time) targets.
• Track lead generation, conversion rates, and portfolio performance using Excel/CRM dashboards; generate weekly reports on file processing metrics.
• Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines, bank policies, and data security protocols for virtual operations.
• Upsell loan products, cross-sell Flywire, and nurture client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Handle escalations, queries, and objections virtually to achieve monthly disbursal targets (e.g., 20+ files).
• 2-4 years in Home loan processing/consultancy, with hands-on experience in Canara Bank, SBI, or BOB file handling.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and processing workflows for these banks.
• Excellent verbal/written English and Hindi communication; numeracy skills for financial calculations.
