We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager in Virtual Branch Banking Department for India's Leading Banking Domain.
Job Purpose
As a Virtual Relationship Manager at Bank, your primary responsibility will be to build and manage a portfolio of clients through digital channels. You will be required to provide financial advisory services to customers and work towards achieving business targets.
Job Roles And Responsibilities
• Acquiring new customers through various digital channels and expanding the existing customer base.
• Managing and growing the portfolio of clients, by offering a range of financial products and services, including savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and credit cards.
• Maintain and deepen the relationship with the customers by providing personalized financial solutions, resolving their queries, and addressing their grievances.
• Achieve business targets by cross-selling and up-selling the bank's products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and procedures.
• Proficient in using digital channels such as video calls, chatbots, email, and social media to engage with customers and offer financial solutions.
• Keep yourself updated with the latest market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide the best-in-class services to customers.
Desired Candidates Profile
• Graduation / Post Graduation
• Mini. 1 to 3 Years of experience in Tele Sales and Marketing from any domain (Banking, Finance, Insurance, BPO, KPO etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, digital literacy, customer-centric approach, sales acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
