Position: Virtual relationship Manager (Tele caller) Location: Mumbai ( Kandivali West) Shift Time: 10 AM to 7 PM Job Responsibilities • Contact potential or existing customers • Answer questions about the company • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed • Enter and update customer information in the database • Take and process orders in an accurate manner • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements • Qualifications: Minimum HSC • Proven experience as a telesales representative for a minimum of 6 months. • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Note: • In Quarter 1 (Jan, Feb, and March) it will be six days working and only Sundays off. • Rest all the quarters of the year it will be alternate Saturdays and all Sundays off
