Key Responsibilities:
• Insurance Sales: Promote and sell life and health insurance products to potential customers.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with information and guidance on insurance options.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
• Lead Generation Generate leads through various channels, including Banca insurance, agency, broker house sales, and telesales.
• Technology Utilization: Be comfortable using technology, including sales tools and CRM systems, to streamline the sales process.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months of insurance sales experience, specializing in Life or Health insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in Banca insurance, agency, broker house sales, or telesales is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies and sales tools.
• Process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
