Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to guide students or clients through the visa application process for overseas education, employment, or migration. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of visa procedures for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries, and should be able to handle end-to-end counseling and documentation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information regarding visa types, documentation requirements, timelines, and procedures.
Counsel clients or students on visa-related matters for various countries.
Assess client eligibility and guide them through the selection of appropriate visa options.
Assist with filling out visa applications and preparing supporting documentation.
Schedule visa interviews and prepare clients for embassy appointments.
Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and changes.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients and case progress.
Follow up with embassies and consulates for application status.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for counseling and successful visa applications.
Collaborate with admission counselors, university representatives, and travel consultants when needed.
Handle client queries in-person, via phone, and through email professionally and promptly.
