Assist clients with respect to visa documents
Coordinate and track all visa activities end to end process.
Evaluate and identify the right visa category, as per clients profile.
Build and maintain close relationship with clients and responded to their queries.
Maintain periodic Visa status records.
Resolve client queries directly and indirectly professionally.
Keeping up-to-date with consulate information and continual changes.
Ensuring process quality and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance to internal and external policies and procedures
