About the Role:
Fly Bagna is seeking a detail-oriented and organized to assist with managing visa applications and documentation for our clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel industry and contribute to our international group departures. Key Responsibilities:
Visa Documentation & Processing: - Assist in collecting and verifying documents required for visa applications. - Ensure all visa forms are accurately filled and submitted within deadlines.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa agencies for application updates.
Track the status of visa applications and update clients regularly.
Client Communication - Communicate with clients to explain visa requirements and processes.
Provide guidance to clients on document preparation and submission timelines.
Respond to client inquiries regarding visa applications in a timely manner.
Coordination & Reporting - Maintain detailed records of all visa-related transactions and applications.
Work closely with the travel operations and sales teams to align visa processes with travel schedules.
Prepare periodic reports on visa status, delays, or issues.
Support Tasks - Assist with other administrative tasks related to international travel operations.
Stay updated on changes in visa rules, regulations, and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of visa processes for popular international destinations is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently as part of a team.
