Role Overview
As a Visa Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the visa and relocation process for our clients. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient handling of visa applications, support the relocation journey, and ensure compliance with global immigration policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the complete visa application process for clients.
Identifying new opportunities present globally and aligning them with the business team.
Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and immigration authorities to ensure smooth visa processing.
Guide clients through the entire relocation journey, from visa application to settlement in their new location.
Track and report on visa status and processing times, ensuring deadlines are met.
Offer strategic insights and personalized guidance based on clients’ needs and global immigration policies.
Identify potential risks in the visa application process and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
Maintain and update records related to clients’ visa and relocation status.
Collaborate with the team to streamline internal processes and enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations for multiple countries.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Successful visa processing and approval rates.
Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
Timely resolution of visa issues and delays.
Efficient handling of client queries and support requests.
Process improvement and optimization initiatives.
Eligibility
1+ years of experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or program management.
Strong understanding of global immigration laws and visa processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders simultaneously.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge about Aus, Canada and Germany visa process
