Experience working with Private sector, networking and relationship building with both Clinical & Non-Clinical KOL’s – essential. Strong collaboration skills working with cross functional teams and matrix organization.
Microscopy and/or Audiovisuals and diagnostic experience - preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve individual and team targets through lead generation and sharing best practice.
Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally.
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity & Learning agility.
Experience with CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools is desired.
Education:
Tertiary qualifications in optometry, orthoptics, science or business
Work Experience:
3 years of experience in medical devices &/or pharma within a surgical environment
