Design Visionary

As a Design Lead, you will be the driving force behind our design vision. You will guide a team of designers, help them think beyond the obvious, and set the creative standard across all projects.

This is a hands-on yet leadership-driven role, balancing your ability to execute design with the responsibility of mentoring, directing, and ensuring quality across branding and social media clients.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers through ideation, design direction, and execution.

• Provide thought starters, feedback, and creative pushes that challenge and sharpen design outcomes.

• Oversee all design deliverables for branding and social media accounts, ensuring consistency, originality, and quality.

• Collaborate with teams to bring bold brand stories to life visually.

• Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts - ensuring our work is fresh and relevant.

• Balance leadership with hands-on design when needed to set the bar.

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years leading or directing design projects.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates branding, social media, and campaign work.

• Strong conceptual thinking - someone who can translate strategy into striking visuals.

• An exceptional eye for detail, craft, and design systems.

• Great communication and leadership skills to inspire confidence and creativity within the team.
