Are You a Visionary Interior Stylist?

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Stylist who can transform homes into beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces. As an Interior Stylist, you will work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget, and develop personalized design plans and mood boards that meet their needs and expectations.

Your expertise in furniture arrangement, decor selection, and color scheme development will be invaluable in creating harmonious and aesthetically pleasing spaces. You will also be responsible for consulting with clients, designing concept development, and owning the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand design preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Design concept development: Create personalized design plans and mood boards.
- Furniture arrangement: Optimize furniture placement for functionality and aesthetics.
- Decor selection: Choose artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs.
- Color scheme development: Create harmonious colour palettes.
- Budgeting: Design within customer budget to bring closure.
- Client communication: Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
- To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure.

We require:

- Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15 years' of Academic education.
- Minimum experience of 3 years as an Interior Designer.
- Contributed to 5 to 6 Turnkey / Full Home Residential projects.
- Holds excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
- Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard)
- Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning
- Holds sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with the customers.
- Holds behavioral attributes : Result oriented, Team player, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
