• Develop and execute the creative ideas and vision for digital films, working closely with the video sales team.
• Participate actively in client briefings and pitches.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in film, communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in creative direction for digital films, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas
