Job Description
As a skilled and innovative Project Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of residential design. Your primary responsibility will be to create preliminary residential layouts and 3D renders using cutting-edge software such as AutoCAD & Revit.
This position requires strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with builders to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet all necessary safety and functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and safety for homeowners.
• Stay up-to-date with local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
• Create detailed estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to establish and manage project schedules.
• Prepare and coordinate RFQs for procurement-related activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
