Chief Executive Officer & Sales Director Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our greenfield software development initiative.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in software product development, a strong orientation toward enterprise sales, and proven exposure to platforms like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle.
• Job Description:
• Lead the setup and scale-up of the software business from inception to a growth-phase enterprise.
• Define the long-term vision, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise software products.
• Establish operational processes, hiring plans, P&L responsibilities, and key metrics.
• Drive partnerships with enterprise clients, technology providers, and system integrators.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 15–20+ years in software product development with at least 5+ years in a C-level or senior leadership role.
• Strong track record of growing B2B software businesses and launching new enterprise products.
• Prior experience with software ecosystems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle Cloud, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS models, GTM strategy, and solution-based sales.
• Ability to build strategic alliances and negotiate enterprise-level deals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities.
