Should have good technical skills Cobol,JCL,Easytrieve,REXX e.t.cAble to analyse requirement and should be able to conduct impact analysis of requirement.
Able to independently handle analysis, build, test and implement project.
Should be effectively lead and develop project.
Able to manage Client and other interface teams.
