We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will :
Be responsible for leading the Technology Delivery across scrum teams.
Be accountable for ensuring the products & services are supported by the right solutions that meet the customer needs
Be accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development life cycle, managing the flow of the backlog of design activities
Be accountable to Technical Leads & Engineers to define the detailed solution design
Be converting requirements into actionable product/service requirements that feed Technology solutions development & influence service direction.
Be responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the platform architecture and roadmap, group standards and policies and the overall enterprise architecture for their function.
Be assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
Be accountable for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
Be informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
Be leading technical design decisions for the platform globally and on an application level.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should Have the following requirements:
Knowledge in Collections domain, VisionPLUS.
Innovation, Communication, Stakeholder management, system design and solutioning, delivery management
Excellent analytical and solutioning skills.
Deep technical knowledge in mainframe system processing.
Experience in Agile Ways of Working
Exposure and experience of Retail Banking domain
DevOps mindset, flexible to perform different roles as per project requirement for a demand or crisis.
