About the Antler Residency
Antler’s investment thesis is that the world’s most exceptional people should be empowered to build the defining companies of tomorrow. Our 10-week Residency is where this thesis comes to life.
Each Residency brings together around 65 entrepreneurs in a shared workspace in downtown Toronto. Over the course of 10 weeks, they are:
Collaborating daily with one another as they form teams and explore ideas
Participating in structured sessions like workshops, speaker events, and fireside chats with industry leaders
Engaging in 1:1 advisor meetings with Antler partners, directors, and mentors
Working side-by-side with the Antler team, who are constantly in the room mentoring, teaching, leaning in to give feedback, and guiding founders through the process
The Residency is an intensive, high-energy environment where ideas are tested, refined, and pushed forward every day. By the end of the 10 weeks, founders pitch their companies to Antler’s Investment Committee for potential pre-seed investment.
Role Overview
The Visiting Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Antler’s 10-week residency in Toronto, Canada. You will work closely with the Antler in Canada’s team of two Directors and three Partners to create a seamless operational experience for both founders and the Antler team.
This is a paid, 3 month in-person contract role (5 days a week at Antler’s downtown Toronto office), running from March 16 – June 5, 2026. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about startups to gain direct exposure to venture capital and early-stage founder support.

Responsibilities
Support daily residency operations
Coordinate residency events, workshops, and speaker sessions
Assist with founder onboarding and provide ongoing support
Capture and summarize insights from founder meetings and workshops
Track residency activities, outcomes, and feedback for reporting
Manage logistics and provide administrative support to ensure seamless operations
Collaborate with the Antler team to continuously improve the founder experience
Requirements
Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent operational and event execution skills
Strong attention to detail; takes 100% ownership of responsibilities
Able to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work independently as a self-starter
Comfortable using technology to automate processes and improve efficiency
Analytical, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital
