• Key Responsibilities : Resolve SAP Vistex support tickets including incidents, problem tickets and minor change requests Troubleshooting of SAP Vistex and related third party solutions SAP Vistex Consultant will oversee and support project across multiple business functions specializing in SAP Order to Cash, including Billbacks and rebate agreements, Contracts and Promotions, Sales volume and performance Rebates, Purchasing volume and performance Rebates, claims and settlements
• Technical Experience : Support testing of Vistex using different data variants and analyze and resolve defects/issuesAbility to transform business needs into technical solutions Provide guidance to departmental and divisional business /technical management on IT strategies and initiativesAnalyze and document ongoing internal customer requests for additional features, functionality, integrations, etc
• Professional Attributes : Good Communication Skills, Good Client handeling skills
• Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 yrs full time education
• Additional Information : Strong experience in implementation of VISTEX on SAP ECC is a must
