Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Graphic / Motion Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in branding, visual storytelling, and motion design. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can craft compelling visual content across formats—ranging from static graphics and packaging design to animated videos and reels. You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
• Develop engaging static creatives for digital campaigns, social media, website banners, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Create and evolve brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual language.
• Design packaging solutions—labels, boxes, sleeves, pouches—aligned with brand positioning and market requirements.
• Build design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and formats.
• Prepare print-ready files, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high-quality output.
Motion Graphic Design
• Produce animated videos, explainer content, reels, digital ads, and branded motion elements.
• Design and animate intros, outros, transitions, typography animations, and visual effects for video content.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams on scripts, storyboards, and creative direction.
• Edit and finalize videos with sound, color correction, and dynamic visual treatment.
• Optimize motion content for platform-specific formats (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, etc.).
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in both graphic design and motion graphics.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating static brand design, packaging, and animated content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro. (Figma and Blender/Cinema 4D are a plus.)
• Solid understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and animation fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for visual storytelling, creativity, and innovation in design.
Bonus Skills :
• Experience in UI/UX design or web layouts.
• Illustration or sketching ability.
• Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
