At Spark Studio, we’re building a digital-first extracurricular learning platform that makes learning effective, enjoyable, and delightfully easy for children, and parents. We’re backed by Silicon Valley’s most prestigious accelerator, YCombinator, and Better Capital. Students from over + countries are already learning on Spark Studio. We’re looking for a passionate and committed Visual Arts facilitator:
Job Description:
• An ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about teaching in an online medium. Should.
• Ideal candidate should be able to teach Photography and Stop Motion Animation both.
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in teaching or practicing Stop Motion Animation.
• We need someone to commit at least 10 hours a week between July 23 to Jan 24.
• Be excited to teach and coach young children at least 10 hours a week between 3 PM to 7 PM (Mon to Sat).
• Don't apply if you are not available in the above timings.
• Be skilled to engage children, following our top-notch curriculum. (Prior work experience with stop motion animation ,preparation classes will be a plus).
• Be passionate about building the skills of expression and imagination in students.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct online classes per our expert-built curriculum.
• Engage with Spark Studio team for reflection, feedback, and professional growth.
• Assess students periodically while working as a team to ensure all children are developing and learning at the appropriate pace and reaching learning outcomes.
Compensation:
• Rs 200- Rs 300 for trial classes and Rs 300- Rs 350 for paid classes.
• Compensation may vary depending on the size of class and type of classes.
• Minimum earning potential: Rs 12k (40 hrs/month commitment) to Rs 28k (80 hrs/month commitment
