The Role: Visual Communications Designer
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 2-4 years
We’re not just looking for another graphic designer. We need someone who sees beyond pixels and designs with a purpose. Someone who understands how content drives communication and knows how to craft visual stories that stick. Your work should go beyond looking good – it should communicate, resonate, and leave a lasting impression.
What You’ll Do:
• Craft engaging and cohesive visual narratives across social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights and context, ensuring your designs hit the mark.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets that bring our marketing campaigns to life.
• Conceptualize storyboards that seamlessly tell our brand story in an engaging, audience-first way.
• Uphold brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Continuously improve visuals based on feedback, ensuring high standards and alignment with our strategic goals.
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activities, infusing fresh ideas and innovations into our content.
• Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure visuals support and elevate our overall strategy.
Our Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in visual storytelling, graphic design, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and video editing software.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a blend of creative design and strategic thinking.
• An eye for detail and a deep understanding of how visuals communicate ideas and emotions.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• A curious mind that’s always eager to learn and experiment with new ideas.
