- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and incorporate changes into designs.
- Assist in maintaining a digital asset library, organizing and archiving design files for easy access.
Requirements:
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a creative flair.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of layout principles, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with digital and print design best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to receive and incorporate feedback while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow as a designer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and mobile applications.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
