Video & Photo Content Creator/Editor
We’re looking for a talented and trend-conscious Video & Photo Content Creator/Editor to bring our brand stories to life through engaging visual content. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, proficiency in video editing, photography, graphic design, and the ability to produce visually captivating content that resonates on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a creative social media content strategy, primarily focusing on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and engaging photography.
● Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality, visually appealing videos and photos tailored to diverse digital platforms and current trends.
● Edit video content efficiently, ensuring optimal sound, lighting, graphics, transitions, and engaging storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
● Create graphic designs for social media, digital ads, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions, leveraging tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and other creative design software.
● Ensure content is optimized according to platform-specific best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
● Collaborate with digital marketing teams to plan and schedule content calendars, aligning visual content with marketing campaigns.
● Stay updated on emerging visual trends, video editing techniques, and platform algorithm changes to ensure cutting-edge content production.
Desired Hard Skills:
● Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
● Graphic designing skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma or similar software.
● Familiarity with photography equipment and professional editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite.
● A strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects and photo content optimized for social media.
● Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of audience engagement techniques.
Experience & Qualifications:
● Preferred: 2+ years of proven experience in video editing and photo content creation; candidates with strong portfolios and at least 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered.
● Bachelor’s degree or formal training in multimedia, graphic design, videography, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory; practical skills and a strong portfolio will be prioritized.
