The Visual Designer will create and execute visually stunning designs that communicate and enhance the brand's message and user experience. This role will require collaborating with various teams to develop plans that align with the brand's strategy, including product, marketing, and engineering.
Responsibilities:
Create visual designs for various digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions that meet the user's needs and business goals.
Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts
Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval on time
Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design software such as Sketch, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Create and maintain a visual style guide to ensure brand consistency across all products, platforms & marketing materials
Work with the UX team to ensure designs align with user-centered design principles and are optimized for usability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure the brand's designs remain relevant and engaging.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
