Visual Designer (Graphic & Video)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Visual Designer at Houzbay, your principal responsibilities will include:
Graphic Designing:
Creating visually compelling and brand-consistent graphics for our websites, social media, and various other brand touch points.
Developing aesthetically pleasing and coherent design elements for property brochures, infographics, and diverse marketing collaterals.
Video Editing:
Producing and editing engaging video content that aligns with brand messaging and is tailored for various platforms and audiences.
Implementing motion graphics and other advanced video effects to enhance the overall visual appeal and effectiveness of video content.
Managing post-production processes, including editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and encoding, to ensure the delivery of high-quality video content.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to refine visual content and ensure that it complements overall brand strategy and objectives.
Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field. Previous experience in Real Estate is a bonus.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with extensive video editing skills.
Comprehensive portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills with a professional approach to feedback and revisions.
Portfolio is a must.
